Audition Time for SUMMER SHORTS!
Looking for your next post-Fringe gig?
Playwrights’ Round Table is casting 18 non-union roles in 8 brand-new short plays for its SUMMER SHORTS production, taking place August 2nd-4th and 9th-11th at the Imagine Performing Arts Center in Oviedo. Each role will earn a stipend of $25 at the end of production.

We are casting the following roles, including many roles for older actors. (Note: actors 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.)
THE BOUNDARIES OF ONE’S SELF by Jeff Dunne
Directed by Carla Hanson
Myca – F, 20s, a young woman who is dying
Brent – M, 30s a doctor
Anna – F, 30s, a nurse
One – any gender/non-binary, 20s – a manifestation of Myca
Myca is given an existential choice between life or death.
DECEPTION by Judy Goldstein

Dr. Wilson – M, 50+, a pyschiatrist
Larry – M, 50+, his patient
Some secrets should stay secrets.
THE DOG’S TWO SCENTS by Peter Dakutis

Cat – any gender, race, age – a feline
Dog – any gender, race, age – a canine
Cat and Dog work on their power dynamics.
HAMLET GOES TO THERAPY by Ian Patrick Williams
